The Sub-Zero Refrigerator was custom built to match the cabinetry in the home.
The butler's pantry has a built-in wine cooler, latte machine, refrigerator with ice maker close to the formal dining room, convenient for formal dinner parties.
The outdoor kitchen and dining area have a fireplace for those fall evenings when it is too beautiful to eat indoors, but chilly enough for a fire. The built-in barbecue is large enough to cook 20 steaks at once as well as grilled vegetables on the second rack. It has an electric rotisserie attachment for prime rib, chicken or other meats.
Located in the housekeeper's pantry just off the outdoor kitchen is another wine cooler convenient to the outdoor kitchen so that no matter where you are dining, everything for guests is just a few steps away.
